For this 2-day workshop, we will focus on understanding pressure points within TTM, and specifically look at ways to address Shoulder Pain. You will learn about 20 specific points and how to incorporate them into your practice, as well as new techniques to relieve shoulder discomfort. We will look at the points from a variety of perspectives (including Sen, western anatomy, energy), which gives each individual choices on how you utilize them in your own personal practice.
