Side-lying is a fantastic way to address clients! You have great access to the legs, hips, back, and shoulders while they are comfortably supported and bolstered. Side-lying is also useful for clients who can not lay prone or supine (such as during pregnancy or due to shoulder restrictions).

While the content for this training comes from Traditional Thai massage, Thai massage experience is helpful but not necessary. The techniques shown can be used by ANY massage therapist. You can work with the client draped or clothed, on a massage table or floor mat.

You’ll be shown methods for addressing the legs, hips, back, shoulders, and arms. We’ll use Thai massage compression and range of motion, and swedish massage petrissage and effleurage.

Come get comfortable with side-lying and learn new techniques your clients will love!

Note: if you take this class virtually, to earn CEs you need to be on-camera and present the entire class time. There will be live discussion, Q&A, and instructor feedback, so we need to see and hear you!

Things to bring:

  • bring whichever you want to work on, a cushioned floor mat or massage table (if you don’t have a table come anyway, we have a few extra)

  • if working draped on the table, bring massage lubricant and wear clothing that is easy to change out of

  • if working clothed, wear loose comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement

  • linens

  • 2-3 pillows

Your instructor has been a licensed massage therapist since 1994 and a massage teacher since 1997. She is an expert in Traditional Thai massage, and is one of a handful teaching continuously in the US since the 1990s. She leads workshops at massage schools, top destination spas, wellness centers, yoga studios, and for the general public. Her teaching is efficient, light and fun. As a recent student put it: "The best part of this class was Rose’s ability to teach us new info at such a wonderful pace. You can tell that she was an experienced teacher! She was Excellent! Loved this class."

Prerequisites: this class is for current massage therapists.

Add something new to your practice while saving your hands! Clients love the passive stretching and compression of Thai massage. And you get to use your whole body. The work is deeply therapeutic and effective for relieving pain, softening fascial constrictions and tight muscles, while increasing range of motion and promoting overall relaxation.

We cover basic techniques, history and philosophy, benefits and cautions. You will learn traditional Thai-yoga massage techniques that are adapted to be easily done on the massage table. Giving and receiving a 60-minute routine addressing most major muscle groups of the body with the client lying supine and prone, addressing the lower and upper body.

With practice, you can offer a full Table Thai session, or take away some awesome techniques to add to your regular massage.

You will be shown how to work with the client draped or clothed, but in this class for ease of learning the receiver will remain clothed. Please wear loose comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement, no jeans or skirts.

See this short video for an example of Thai massage on the table.

Note: if you take this class virtually, to earn CEs you need to be on-camera and present the entire class time. There will be live discussion, Q&A, and instructor feedback, so we need to see and hear you!

to Mar 25

Level II: Side, Back, Sitting Positions, 5 days in March 2022

Sorry to announce this class has been cancelled due to a family emergency-

A traditional comprehensive workshop to continue your Thai massage training, including a day to REVIEW FRONT POSITION, then one day each in SIDE, BACK, and SITTING Positions, and another day putting it all together.

This is a fantastic class to deepen your knowledge of Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM) and massage, so you can give a comprehensive 90min-2hr session to a wide variety of clients. We will start with a day on Front Position to review, explore variations, practice, and answer any questions. Then we dive into the 3 remaining positions of Side, Back, and Sitting, learning new techniques and over 60 movements so you can learn effective ways to work with many different receivers.

We’ll work from the feet to the head, addressing every major muscle group and major joint, as well as learning a range of ways to move their body using different positions and employing a variety of the wonderful stretches that Thai massage is known for. And using your own body in beneficial ways to using gravity and leverage for maximum results with minimal effort. As well as understanding the Thai vision of the body, movement patterns, fascia, energy, Sen, and more.

Each day begins with Wai Khru, the traditional Om Namo chant, ringing of the bells, and warm-up movements for our own body and mind, drawing on the classic TTM practices of mindfulness, reusi dat ton, and gentle movement.

Your understanding of TTM will deepen as we also discuss indigenous Thai medicine and culture, TTM history, massage cautions and benefits, sequencing and proper body mechanics, self-care tools, and a few business-building ideas. Although the majority of class time is hands-on, learning new techniques, giving and receiving.

Teaching is devoted to clear, thorough demonstrations, with the students being led through the movements with the instructor's supervision. Expect lots of multi-discipline teaching and helpful hands-on aids. Each class includes a workbook, with DVDs and other support products available for sale.

Prerequisites: prior completion of a Level I: Front Position floor-based Thai massage class, learning at least a 45minute routine with the receiver lying supine on their back, working from the feet to the head. It is not necessary (but welcome) if you’ve also had some training in any of the other 3 positions; we will expand on that knowledge here. You do not need to be proficient, but you will get the most out of this class if you review and practice your prior training beforehand, as we will build on those skills.

This is a great class to take if you’ve already had a ‘shorter’ or condensed version of Level I&II, as you’ll refine skills and learn more movements for a more complete session.

HOUSING: This workshop will be held at a beautiful Inn in southern coastal Delaware, just outside the historic town of Lewes at the terminus of the Cape May-Lewes ferry. Level I & II Condensed: 28hrs, Fri-Mon, November 12-15, 2021

CLASS IS FULL

This is a wonderful workshop so you can offer comprehensive Traditional Thai massage sessions even if you can not commit to a longer training at this time. It is also great if you want to supplement, or review, your existing Thai massage training.

You will learn a full-body 60+minute Thai massage, working on a floor mat with the client clothed, addressing the receiver from prone, supine and seated positions.

Thai massage is based on the ancient medical techniques of Thailand, which has roots in Ayurveda, Buddhism, and indigenous Thai shamanic culture. It manipulates Sen (pathways somewhat similar to nadis or meridians) to help increase flexibility, reduce muscle pain, relieve joint restrictions, soften fascia, induce calm, and promote deep relaxation and rest.

This is a wonderfully interactive practice that people love to give and receive!

We’ll discuss Thai culture and Traditional Thai Medicine philosophy, practice daily warm-ups, look at cautions and benefits, and dive into techniques, sequencing, and proper body mechanics that utilize leverage and gravity for minimal effort with maximum results. You will address the body from the top to the bottom, including working the feet, legs, hips, back, belly, rib cage, shoulders, hands, and neck. You’ll need to practice to become fluid, but this will give you a solid foundation to grow from. Both you and your clients will love it!

Be prepared to move at a quick pace as we cover a lot of material in four days. You will benefit immensely from the personal attention, small class, skilled instructor, beautiful setting, and wonderful material.

Thai Herbal Compress Class- Monday, Nov 8, 2021: CLASS CANCELLED

Sorry, this class has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict.

Luk-pra-kob....Learn the medicinal healing qualities of herbs used in Traditional Thai Medicine while you smell, touch, taste, chop, and prepare them into a cloth poultice for steaming. Apply the warm compress during a simple massage. This is a fun popular class, so reserve your spot early.! Class includes a comprehensive textbook and one pack you make and use in class then take home to use again. "This is the best CE massage class I've ever taken!"

WHAT TO EXPECT:
To have fun and feel great! Everyone loves the warmth and aroma of the herbs. The herb knowledge you'll gain can be applied for your personal use, for family health treatments, in cooking and home herbal remedies, and as a wonderful compliment for any style of therapeutic massage.

While this workshop is geared toward massage therapists, anyone interested is welcome to attend

With massage, the herb packs add a unique, therapeutic, relaxing component to your work. The warm herbal compresses promote healing while inducing deep states of relaxation, enhancing the therapeutic benefits of any style massage. For your home, it gives you complementary knowledge and tools for improved health.

The focus of this day is enjoying a relaxed multi-sensory educational exploration of the medicinal qualities of traditional herbs used in compresses as they are made and used in Thailand. Most of the day will involve learning about a variety of dried and fresh herbs as we make our own compresses. We'll then steam the packs, and toward the end of day, use them on a simple massage, either Thai or western style, on a floor mat or a massage table. The herbs are easy to incorporate into a table massage, especially if you have a hot towel cabinet or small steamer nearby. If you aren't interested in doing the massage portion, don't worry, you can instead just receive or observe.

For more details about Thai Herbal Compresses, see the page here.

HOUSING: This workshop will be held at a spacious Inn in southern coastal Delaware, just outside the historic town of Lewes at the terminus of the Cape May-Lewes ferry. For a truly immersive experience you can stay overnight at the Inn. There are 6 queen bedrooms, each with private bath, available at a deeply discounted price, with a continental breakfast included. The Inn is closed for the off-season so you will not enjoy it’s usual 5 star experience, but it is a lovely place to use for a workshop nonetheless. Use the link below to reserve a room before OCTOBER 22nd.

WHAT TO BRING:
-for the massage portion, we will work OVER CLOTHING on a massage table or floor mat (a cushioned floor mat is best, such as 3 yoga mats with a comforter.) Bring whichever you want to work on.

--sometimes the fresh herbs leave a light yellowish stain, so bring sheets & clothing you don't mind if this happens;

-if you grow your own herbs or have access to fresh or dried herbs, please bring some to share! Any medicinal herbs (or flowers) are welcome, although we will focus on traditional herbs from Thailand, such as ginger, eucalyptus, turmeric, lime, lemongrass, cinnamon, camphor, rose, orchid, along with other healing herbs from the Americas, such as rosemary, thyme, sage, basil, mint, chamomile, and laurel.

-bring layers and socks to wear for your own comfort (it may be cool at times because we will be leaving the windows open);

2021 Annual Thai Medicine & Massage Gathering

Note: the live Gathering is sold out. If you would like a recording of the main presentations, go to this link here:

Special Event! We are excited to again offer this yearly gathering to the growing Thai massage and medicine community.

Due to the ongoing pandemic and to ensure everyone’s safety, we will not be meeting in-person in NJ. We are truly making lemonade out of lemons this year. Since it is still not safe for us to gather in person, we have come up with some fabulous opportunities for you that could only be possible in the virtual world.

We’ve been working hard to develop an unique LIVE virtual Gathering over zoom to support this beautiful community, share stories, educate, play, expand our hands-on Thai massage practice, deepen our TTM knowledge, and celebrate Songkran (Thai New Year)!

Although this event is online, it is live and interactive. There will be several hands-on sessions as well as panel discussions and more. To take advantage of the virtual format. We are excited to share that this year's event will feature a number of teachers joining us from Thailand, including a Wai Khru discussion by ITM-Chiang Mai master teacher Chongkol Setthkorn. And a hands-on demonstration by Pichet Boonthuume on treating the shoulder in his unique and legendary approach to massage. We are also honored to have another powerful teacher from Chiang Mai, Homprang Chaleekanha who is joining us LIVE from the Baan Hom Samunphrai Thai Massage and Herbal Medicine Center. Felicity Joy is also joining us LIVE from Chiang Mai to share her deep knowledge of abdominal massage.

In addition to the teachers from Thailand, we are bringing in some other new additions that we are excited about! Janice Gagnon of Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage in CA will be sharing about Jap Sen and the Mama Lek lineage. Leslie Ann Blodgett will offer a segment on Thai language.

And of course, we will have our fantastic regular presenters as well. Nephyr Jacobsen of the Naga Center in Oregon will present on Thai Traditional Medicine. Jill Burynski of Living Sabai in North Carolina will have a hands-on Thai Foot Massage presentation. Gregory Oed of Touch Alchemy in MD and David Wells of Wells Yoga in NY will be offering Reusi Dat Ton. Rose Griscom of ITM-USA in NJ & DE will be leading the Songkran celebration. Al Turner II of Two Souls Thai Massage in NYC will be offering a hands-on presentation. And while Pierce Salguero has offered his time to create space for teachers from Thailand, he will be with us in spirit and is sharing a list of resources and reading.

It also gives you an alternate position to use for clients who are not comfortable or able to lay on their back for long, including pregnant women but also people with certain shoulder or back limitations.

Level I & II Condensed: 4 days in March 2021

This is a small class taught at a beautiful Bed & Breakfast retreat on 8acres overlooking a large natural marsh just outside of Lewes, DE. You will learn how to give a comprehensive 60-minute Thai massage, working traditionally on a floor mat with the client clothed. Class is over 4 days, Friday through Monday, 9am-5pm, for 28CEs.

This is a great training if you want to be able to offer basic Thai massage sessions but can not commit to a longer class at this time. It is also good if you want to supplement, or review, your existing Thai massage training.

You also have the option of adding an extra day to learn Side Position.

We’ll cover some Thai culture and Traditional Thai Medicine philosophy, including Sen, before diving into techniques, sequencing, and proper body mechanics that utilize leverage and gravity for minimal effort with maximum results. We will address the body from the top to the bottom, including working the feet, legs, hips, back, belly, rib cage, shoulders, hands, and neck. You’ll need to practice, and if you like to move while you massage, both you and your clients will love it!

Be prepared to move at a quick pace as we cover a lot of material in four days. You will benefit immensely from the personal attention, small class, skilled instructor, beautiful setting, and wonderful material.

Introduction to Thai Massage - for the Floor or Table - LIVE WEBINAR

UPDATE 9/27/202: This class has been changed to a LIVE, ONLINE webinar format via Zoom in response to ongoing Covid19 health and safety precautions.

It is now a 7hr LIVE course taught over Zoom on Friday November 13, from 8:30am - 12pm and continuing 2pm-5:30pm, with 2 (15min) breaks (one each in the morning and afternoon sessions) in addition to the 2hr lunch break, allowing you time to step away from the screen so you can be focused and engaged during class time. You will be working along with the instructor getting real-time feedback just like an in-person class, but from the comfort of your home or office, working on a friend or colleague from your 'bubble'.

Students must have reliable internet access, a receiver-body to work on for the length of the course day starting at 9am, keep their camera on at all times during the course hours, and participate LIVE in person in real time during the entire course hours. Attendees who are not present during any portion of the LIVE course times cannot receive a CE certificate.

This will be an useful and fun and interactive class introducing this wonderfully therapeutic modality. You get to move a lot! The instructor is known for her comfortable and engaging teaching style. You will learn effective Thai massage techniques to do on a cushioned floor mat or massage table (your choice), so you can integrate comprehensive stretches and compressions of Thai massage into your existing table practice, or learn to comfortably work on a floor mat, with techniques your clients - and you - will love doing.

We will introduce Traditional Thai Medicine theory and practice so you can understand the origination and breadth of this unique bodywork: cover basic safety, techniques, benefits and cautions; and teach you traditional Thai massage techniques of passive range of motion and compression. You will be shown a 30-45min routine to address major muscle groups in the lower and upper body, with the client lying prone and supine. You will follow along with the instructor interacting with the students in real time, giving personal instruction and feedback; this is not a prerecorded webinar.

For ease of learning all work in class will be done with the client clothed (see the Things to Have notes below about clothing to wear).

 Things to Have:
- a massage table or cushioned floor mat (if you do not already have a Thai or shiatsu-style mat, you can make a comfortable floor mat using 3 or 4 yoga mats covered with blankets or comforters and topped with a large non-slippery sheet);
-head pillow and 2 or 3 small pillows or bolsters;
-giver and receiver should both wear loose comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement (such as yoga pants, sweat pants, loose cotton pajama-style pants, t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt with at least a small sleeve, sweatshirt; try to have minimal buttons and zippers and bulky bits);
-giver and receiver should both have clean feet, trimmed nails, a clean body, and wear face masks if you are not already part of each other's 'bubble'.

Take this class to have fun, move your body, learn useful techniques, and get a Taste of Thai massage to put in your toolbox that clients will love!

$150 if paid before Oct 28, $175 after. 7 NCBTMB CEs. Click the link below or contact BIMMI at 732-608-7781, info@bodyinmindinstitute.com.

Thai Herbal Compress Class- Nov, NJ - RESCHEDULED to April 2021

UPDATE 9/27/2020: this class can only be taught live in person, and due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and in the interests of everyone’s health and safety, the class is cancelled for November. We expect to reschedule it for early April 2021, date to be announced. Please contact us if you are interested in attending.

Luk-pra-kob....Learn the healing qualities of herbs used in traditional thai medicine. Smell, see, touch, and prepare fresh and dried herbs into a cloth poultice for steaming. Apply the warm compress during a simple massage. This is a fun popular class, so reserve your spot early. Class includes a comprehensive textbook and one pack you make in class to take home and use again. "This is the best CE massage class I've ever taken!"

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Everyone loves the warmth and aroma of the herbs this time of year! The herb knowledge you'll gain can be applied for your personal use, for family health treatments, in cooking and home herbal remedies, and as a wonderful compliment for massage.

With massage, the herb packs add a unique, therapeutic, relaxing component to your work. The warm herbal compresses induce deep states of relaxation and enhance the therapeutic benefits of any massage. For your home, it gives you complementary tools for health.

The focus on this workshop is having fun while we explore the medicinal qualities of traditional herbs used in compresses as they are made and used in Thailand. Most of the day will involve learning about a variety of dried and fresh herbs as we make up our own compresses. We'll then steam the packs, and toward the end of day, use them on a simple massage, either Thai or western style, on a floor mat or a massage table. The herbs are easy to incorporate into a table massage, especially if you have a hot towel cabinet or small steamer nearby. If you aren't interested in doing the massage portion, don't worry, you can just receive instead or observe.

WHAT TO BRING:
-for the massage portion, we will work OVER CLOTHING on a massage table (provided) or floor mat (bring one), so please wear (or bring to change into) loose, comfortable, modest clothing that allows freedom of movement;
-sometimes the fresh herb packs leave a light yellowish stain, so bring clothing you don't mind if this happens;
-bring a sheet & pillow - remember it might get slightly stained;
-bring water and a snack for break time, or food to purchase is close by;
-if you grow your own herbs or have access to fresh or dried herbs, please bring some to share! Any medicinal herbs (or flowers) are welcome, although we will focus on traditional herbs from Thailand, such as ginger, eucalyptus, turmeric, lime, lemongrass, cinnamon, camphor, rose, orchid, along with rosemary, thyme, sage, basil, mint, chamomile, laurel and more.

Combine this class with the Taste of Thai Massage for Floor or Table on Fri Nov 13 for 14CEs and two days of Thai. $150 until Oct 21, $175 after. 7 NCBTMB CEs.

Covid19 Health & Safety Considerations:

Since this is a live in-person class, we have instituted additional health and safety precautions due to ongoing concerns about covid-19. Our intention is to create and maintain a safe, welcoming, healthy environment for everyone, so we can all learn and practice this beautiful bodywork in a comfortable setting.

We are spelling them out here in the interests of transparency so you know ahead of time what to expect. If you have any concerns or questions or want to discuss these with us, please reach out to let us know so we can respond and take your thoughts into consideration.

Added Health and Safety practices include:

- it is requested that, if possible, attendees get a covid19 test in the 3-7 days before class begins, so that they have their results before attending class. If your test result is positive, do not come to class, you will be issued a full credit, and stay home and quarantine.

- currently, no-cost non-symptomatic self-administered testing for anyone is now readily available at numerous locations in Delaware (even if you reside out of state) and New Jersey;  see details here:   DE COVID 19 TESTING  and  NJ COVID 19 TESTING. In PA, you can get an asymptomatic test with health insurance: details here: PA COVID 19 TESTING

- limiting the class size and placing the mats further apart to maintain 6'-8' of empty space around each mat and student

- pairing students up with only one person to exchange bodywork with for the entirety of class

- requiring everyone to wear face masks that cover their nose and mouth for the entirety of in-class time (disposable masks will be provided, or you can bring enough of your own to wear a clean one for each of the four days in class)

- disposable gloves will be provided for use in class- readily available hand sanitizer, hand washing stations, and disinfectant spray

- requiring students wear CLEAN CLOTHES each day of class. It is suggested you remove your clothing after class, shower, and put on another set of clothing for the evening.

- hourly reminders of 'time to wash our hands'

- eliminating working on the face in class, although the instructions will be in your manuals

- keeping windows open with air circulating during class (bring a sweater and socks and layers to wear for giving and receiving as it might be a bit chilly!)

- avoiding close gatherings during bathroom and lunch breaks

- recommending face masks be worn anytime you are inside the Inn, other than in your own room or while eating

- recommending attendees limit socializing outside of class unless social distance can be maintained (luckily, there are spaces inside the Inn large enough for small gatherings of 2-3 people while staying 6' - 8' apart)

- recommending social distancing when outside on the grounds (again, there is plenty of space at the Inn for being outside to eat, or sit, or socialize, or be by yourself in a lovely setting)

Whew! We realize that might seem like a lot, but it is mostly things you have likely already been doing.

Bodywork and Thai massage teachers around the world are utilizing similar protocols so that we can continue learning and working and sharing the benefits of massage with each other and our clients.

LIVE ONLINE COURSE: Side-Lying with Thai Massage

LIVE ONLINE COURSE: Side-Lying with Thai Massage

UPDATE 5/26/2020: This class has been changed in response to Covid19 health and safety precautions. It is now a 7hr LIVE course split over 2 mornings of 4hours each, with 2 (15min) breaks. This means students must have reliable internet access to Zoom, a receiver-body for the length of the course, and participate LIVE in person in real time during the course hours. Attendees who are not present during any portion of the LIVE course cannot receive a CE certificate. See details below.

This workshop is suitable if you are new to Thai massage, or want to expand your Thai massage techniques by adding Side-Lying position.

We’ll introduce and review basic Thai massage techniques and philosophy before being led through a sequence on the floor and/or table. We will work with the client comfortably clothed but you can choose to instead practice with the client draped. There will be plenty of hands-on time with the instructor giving instructions in real time as you work on a receiver. If you aren’t used to a LIVE online class, this is a great one to start with!

Side-Lying is an effective way to work on the legs, hips, shoulders, and back while the client is comfortably bolstered and supported. It also gives you an alternate position to use for clients who are not comfortable or able to lay on their back for long, including pregnant women but also people with certain shoulder or back limitations.

On a floor mat, side-lying allows you to position yourself in the most comfortable way to gain maximum leverage with minimal effort, allowing for deep techniques that are easy on your body. There are some great big stretches you can do in Side Position!

On the massage table, side-lying provides built-in leverage to use your body and save your hands while giving your client’s new techniques.

Table or floor therapists of any level are welcome. No prior experience in Thai massage is required, although you will get more out of class if you’ve already had some Thai massage training. Both beginner and experienced therapists will learn useful techniques. Everyone will be shown how to work within their experience and comfort level.

Thai Massage for Floor or Table, 2 Days in DE

to Mar 15

Thai Massage for Floor or Table, 2 Days in DE

Learn the fundamentals of Thai massage, a wonderful interactive practice that people love to give and receive, in this small class in a beautiful setting in southern coastal Delaware.

This hands-on workshop will show you Thai massage techniques to use in your existing practice. We'll cover basic methods, philosophy, cautions, and you’ll be led through a variety of passive stretches and deep compressions as you partner up to give and receive, with the receiver prone & supine. We’ll address the feet, legs, hips, belly, chest, neck, shoulders, and back. You'll leave with a 45-60min comprehensive routine to start practicing right away.

Try the floor for great leverage and ease of pressure, or integrate the passive yoga stretches and deep compressions with your existing table routine for a more powerful session that’s easier on your body.

Thai massage is based on the ancient medical techniques of Thailand, which has roots in Ayurveda, Buddhism, and indigenous Thai shamanic culture. It manipulates the Sen to help increase flexibility, reduce muscle pain, relieve joint restrictions, soften fascia, and promote deep relaxation and rest. Therapists love the variety of movements and clients love the way it feels!

THINGS TO BRING: Bring either a massage table or floor mat, whichever you want to work on; sheets & pillow; and because we will predominantly work clothed, wear loose comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement (such as yoga pants, sweat pants, loose cotton pants, t-shirt, long-sleeved top, sweatshirt), no jeans or tight shorts. Bring layers to wear for your own comfort.

15 NCBTMB CEs. $250 per person, or register with a friend for only $200 each, if paid before March 1st. After that, $550 for two or $300pp.

HOUSING: This workshop will be limited to 5 people, and will be held at a beautiful Inn on 8 acres overlooking an expansive marsh in southern coastal Delaware, just outside the historic town of Lewes at the terminus of the Cape May-Lewes ferry. If you would like to stay overnight at the Inn, there are 5 queen bedrooms, each with private bath, available at a deep discount of $100/night, including a light continental breakfast on Sunday morning. If you share a room and bed with a friend, the cost is $150. You are welcome to use the shared fridge and microwave on-site; there are no stove cooking facilities available. The Inn is closed for the off-season so you will not enjoy it’s usual 5 star experience, but it is a lovely place to use for a workshop nonetheless. Use the link below to reserve a room.

No smoking is allowed on the property.

Thai Herbal Compress Class- Centre City Philly

  • Philadelphia School of Massage and Bodywork (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

-for the massage portion, we will work OVER CLOTHING on a massage table (provided) or floor mat (bring one), so please wear (or bring to change into) loose, comfortable, modest clothing that allows freedom of movement;
-sometimes the fresh herb packs leave a light yellowish stain, so bring clothing you don't mind if this happens;
-bring a sheet & pillow - remember it might get slightly stained;
-bring water and a snack for break time, or food to purchase is close by;
-if you grow your own herbs or have access to fresh or dried herbs, please bring some to share!

$150 until Feb 13, $175 after. 7 NCBTMB CEs.
